The Leadership Experience

Workshop Logistics

The length of the Leadership Experience Workshop is one day learning experience. Longer sessions can be tailored to fit the needs of the organization when combined with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ®, team building, communications skills training, or strategic planning built into the design of the learning experience.

Prior to the workshop, subordinates, peers, and supervisors complete a Leadership Experiences Survey for each participant they work with. Surveys are then returned to Becker Associates and scored.  Participants receive this feedback during the session and use it to create an action plan for improved performance.

Participants

Attendees for this course come from many different departments within an organization. The Leadership Experience Workshop is intended for anyone who leads, manages, or supervises others . Sessions can also be tailored for employees who may someday be leading the efforts of teams and/or change within an organization.

Objectives

The Leadership Experience Workshop is a session designed to help managers reflect on his or her leadership practices and create plans to improve their current behavior. Becker Associates uses a 30 item inventory to evaluate their own performance.
